After eligibility review and enrollment by a utility provider, the client and the assigned audit / installation contractor will be notified via email.

Contractors have been instructed to reach out to client w/in 10 business days to discuss an agreeable audit date. Client is welcome to contact the audit / contractor prior to the 10 business days.

There is a contractor optional $100 audit fee due on the day of the audit. Please inquire w/ your contractor.

A full inspection audit and testing for energy efficient space heating measures will be conducted.

Utility incentives are disbursed according to cost effective packages of measures. Packages consist of various individual air sealing and insulation measures. If the package becomes non-cost effective due to the removal of one / some of the individual cost-effective measures in the package, the utility incentive may be reduced or won’t be provided.
