We're an independent business service working with NH utilities, vetted installation contractors and NH utility ratepayers to deliver the NHSaves Home Energy Assistance program and the Home Energy Performance program.

We ensure that you, your contractor, and the utility are all on the same page for the energy efficiency incentives and rebates as part of NHSaves Audits and Weatherization Program...from start to finish.

We conduct post installation inspections for the measures and packages funded by the utility programs.

We review the cost effectiveness of proposed measures and packages provided by your HEA Community Action auditor or utility approved local HEP contractor.

We enroll and qualify new NH utility clients for enrollment in several of utility sponsored energy efficiency programs.

We track the progress of proposals and completions of residential energy efficiency projects.

We conduct post installation inspections for the measures and packages funded by the utility programs.

Horizon-RES is qualified as a RESNET® Accredited HERS® Provider. We have conducted hundreds of home energy audits for existing homes to help homeowners find the most cost effective measures to improve their energy performance.

We are also approved to provide third party certification reports to builders for the Federal Energy Tax Credit program.
